HIExp hotels are always good
Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast.
Our room was spacious.

Cons -

Pet fee
Our entire floor smelled like paint. No toilet paper roll on wall. Towel rack had been moved and spackled but wall not painted
Our tv service disappointed us with not having ABC to watch the Tennessee/Oklahoma game and there was no maintenance on hand to repair it. We had to watch it in the lobby. This was September 22, 2024 and it was a football game.

I?ve stayed there before. Good location. It?s always clean and has a good breakfast.

Yes, it?s the 1st time that I have seen dogs there. I?ve always avoided some hotel chains because of this. Not all dogs pee on the floor, but some do and most sleep in the beds. I would suggest designated rooms for them with no carpet.
