Poor quality, bad smell, unsafe feeling.

Yes, people living in the motel standing outside our door along the walk way drunk and yelling. I asked them twice to keep it down and that didn't work so I went to call the front desk and discovered no phone in the motel room. I called from my cell phone

Security -external entry for rooms. Staff, the 2 staff members displayed negative Customer Service..

The hotel refused the reservation because she was a resident of the city in which the hotel was located. I was getting a room for my son's girl friend because her heat was not working at her place.

Clean comfortable room and bed. Quick check in.

Was not given downstairs room as requested. Had no elevator. People talking and smoking outside non smoking rooms to all hours of the night. Cigarette butt's all over the ground.

It was simple, clean, and great location And good value

Staff were great on check in and during breakfast when we checked out! Very friendly and helpful. No pepper at buffet and the staff went next door to get some! Breakfast was typical waffles, eggs, muffins and fruit.

We stopped here to sleep while on vacation as we were tired from driving. We knew we were not getting a 5 star hotel. The bed was not very comfortable but you get what you pay for. Rooms a bit outdated and some repairs needed. It worked for what we needed

The room has been updated and had a comfortable mattress. This hotel is easy to get to from I-155. It is just far enough from the interstate that you do not have the traffic noise. The room included a microwave, refrigerator, and good channel selection

The shower area needs a shelf or something for you to place soap and shampoo. A simple thing to add but made showering not very easy.

Booked the room and was turned around at the check-in counter.Due to a 30 mile radius limit and I stay 22 miles away from this hotel.

I wish they had a K-cup machine in each room. They only have a small coffee pot and I left each morning at 4:30am before the breakfast coffee was available.

This had to be the worst stay and the worst staff I have ever seen in 20 years of traveling for work and leisure as well. This place should be closed down and the owners should have to go to maditory anger management and people skills classes on a regular

I disliked everything from the smell if the run down rooms to the to the management that should have to go to obedience classes and anger management and leadr the English language better before becoming business owners.

Yes, my room wasn't cleaned. She said I had to ask. The next morning I called for some towels, she said I had to come get it. What kind of customer service is that?

That it was open and had availability and that it was part of the choice hotel network

They required a 100.00 deposit since I was local even though I am diamond with Choice and it was for family that was in for Christmas. This owner is very rude and disrespectful to locals and it should not be allowed by Choice. Horrible place!
