Hampton Inn Knoxville/Clinton I-75

It was clean

We were woke up at 11:00pm by kids above us jumping off of the bed onto the floor for a little while and then around 1:30am by someone yelling across the hall from us at a lady and her kids being excessively loud and once he did that they got louder

Nice and clean place to stay. Hotel employee is so helpful and friendly.

Traffic noise

Everything was very nice about our stay. The coffee was good as well as the breakfast buffet

Furniture should be moved once in a while and vacuumed behind. I dropped an earring and that was a gross experience picking it up around the bed.

The hotel staff was great. A lady  stayed very busy and was a pleasure to deal with. The hallways, elevators, and breakfast area were very clean. The outdoor pool was a nice feature with night lighting.

The rooms were old and dated and the comforters were rough. Above one of the beds (2 queen room) there was a large crack in the ceiling. The carpet was dingy so I wasn't comfortable with my 10 month old crawling on floor.

Room was very cozy and nicely decorated. Very clean. Large shower.

Clean private friendly helpful staff

For the money, it was the best place we have ever stayed. It was up to date, clean, comfortable, and the staff worked hard to make our stay pleasant. Good location. Good breakfast. Great experience.

The modern decor seemed odd for east TN. No biggie.

Large rooms and quiet.

Staff was friendly and diligent. The room was clean. The linens actually were fresh without body oil odors, that is HUGE success, thank you. I felt safe outdoors of the hotel walking my dog around the hotel. We had room to park our truck with car hauler, which the friendly staff member at the front desk directed us to. There were luggage carts. The breakfast was hot and fresh and clean as well with a smiling, happy, morning person caring for the area. The decor of the hotel and room was modern and clean. We will stay bere again next year as we pass through the area on our trip to and from the north coast to the south coast. Thank you.

I can't think of anything. Maybe a nice luxury of offering bottled water offered in the room? But really, I can't think of anything we didn't like.

They only change rooms including emptying trash can also replacing towels and wash clothes.We were on floor three when we went to bed the room above us sounded like they where stomping on the floor all nite

Clean. Beds were wonderfully comfortable.

The TV was not user friendly. No instructions. Offerings on the TV would appeal to younger people that don’t pay the bill. When I figured out the “regular “ TV channels. There was only 15 choices. Only two were of interest to us. Frustrating to say the least.
