The room was very clean, the breakfast was great and included waffles, it was a very quiet and friendly atmosphere. The staff was absolutely amazing!

Their breakfast was pathetic! When you charge that kind of money for a room, you should have real eggs and sausage you can bite through, syrup that doesn?t look like motor oil

Did not get the walk in shower. I have debilitating arthritis and hard for me to climb over a tub. Otherwise it was perfect!

Breakfast was very minimal. Pillows and linen were low quality, although bed was ok comfortable. Room windows were absolutely filthy and seals broken.

Large group of Slavic speakers were fighting, yelling, talking loudly, slamming doors until after 1:00 am in the morning. Called the front desk twice but noise was still going. Tub faucet was dripping the whole time I was there, maint guy wouldn't fix it.

Clean room,bed,bathroom, and towels! Staff was cool as well. Good location, not far from my delivery.

Not sure if they had breakfast. Need USB ports in case you forget your charger.

This is an older, outdated hotel with nothing special to warrant the fee we paid for a one night stay. I would not stay here again. Our room was on the second floor and there is NO elevator. I have arthritis in my knees and stairs are problematic.

Got woke up 5 am three employees talking like there outside banging doors On a Sunday morning for two hours straight I couldn¿t find manager till 7:30 I told her she said I¿ll talk to them big deal no chance I would concede. To staying there

It was very clean.

The doors on all the rooms had gaps in them. letting to much sound in. Also staff/managers do not like letting you check in early if you get room online.

Somewhat Updated rooms. Comfortable mattress and pillows

Coffee weak, microwave old & hard to operate. Fridge couldn't refreeze our cooler packs.

Did not hav breakfast except for juice and coffee and sub par little pastries. Stated Covid prohibited the full ,as advertised breakfast. Other nearby had full breakfast.

The staff were awesome, and helped anyway they could. My nephews were treated amazing every chance the staff was around. The room was super clean, and the lady up front was amazingly sweet. Thank u all so much for our amazing stay.

Not really, our key had some issues not opening the doors occasionally. The staff was quick to fix it every time no problem.

Absolutely nothing horrible establishment I left early.

I hated everything about this establishment I was screwed over on fathers damn dog and parrot in room next to me squawking all night and barking.

Hotel was SOOOO dirty. We left and didn't stay in room. We complained about it. All they were willing to do was move us to another room. The ENTIRE HOTEL SMELLED!!!! Definitely not a 3 star!!! It was the worst experienceWe got another hotel in Oak Ridge
