Loved this hotel! It's a bit far from the center, but it's an amazing value! If you don't mind to drive a bit, don't even hesitate! We stayed here for work and loved the convenience of having breakfast on site. Very nice, clean and delicious. We'll be back!

The room was spacious and really comfortable
There was a party on my floor I didn’t hear it really but someone smoked cigarettes in their bathroom with their fan on so the smell and smoke ended up in my bathroom making my entire bedroom smell like a cigarette. No bueno

The rooms were spacious
Housekeeping was horrible, we couldn’t get anyone to clean our room our entire stay. The same piece of trash sat on the floor in the hallway the during our entire stay and no one made an attempt to clean ANYTHING. The housekeeper on duty was just pitiful. No ice-maker in the hotel. Hotel holds your funds for 7+ days after your stay.

The room was clean. The appliances and dishes and cookware were clean. Room was spacious.
Breakfast was over 30 minutes late a couple days.. the bed could have been more plush.

Staff was attentive and friendly, rooms were spacious
Our bathroom had not been cleaned, many long hairs on the floor and in the sink, dirty washcloth hanging over shower curtain rack

The lobby looked nice. Staff greeted us kindly. Room was clean
When entering the room, everything looked nice and clean. The problem began however with the bed. It was clearly worn out and sunken in on one side making it extremely uncomfortable. WORSE though was the fact that when we left for the day someone had been in our room. We returned to the TV on, a drawer left pulled open ( that we had not used) and food items missing from the refrigerator. Obviously, the food items are not a big deal financially but the violation of privacy when we didn't even ask for house keeping is appauling! Needless to say, we will NEVER stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this facility. Great location, clean and quiet. We enjoyed having a HOT breakfast as well. So far, this is my favo hotel in Chattanooga. Very friendly staff!!

Location was good.
For a Marriott it was a little rundown. You paying for the name. My room was decent. Furniture was worn. Broken closet mirror. Overall it was ok.
