- The location was excellent as it allowed us to walk to all of our locations within one mile.
- Staff was friendly and loved the warm cookies

Cons -
- room and furnishings were predominately black. Very depressing
- No food was available when we arrived at 9:30 but bar was open. Outside homeless people were hanging around and begging for money. We were escaping hurricane in Florida.
- Ask for a wake up call and did not receive it
