Spark by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown

It was a pretty good location travel wise , it was downtown right off the interstate

Was overcharged when I checked in. Hair on sheets , dirty tub and roach traps with roaches in them. I was scared to unpack any of my stuff. Room didn¿t get any attention from house keeping. Staff wasn¿t to knowledgeable on stuff regarding hotel.They area

Staff was fairly polite. Rooms seemed cleaned and well kept. Location was great, walking distance from downtown Chattanooga, right next to the freeway so getting around was easy. Price was good for what you get.

Only gripe I had was that the key cards kept failing. We had to get about five different replacements; we purposely kept them from making any contact with our phones or anything that cause it to happen, but it kept happening. Now that’s not that big of a deal since we could just walk down to the desk and get a replacement; but if we were elderly or disabled, then this would obviously be a much bigger problem.

Great location near the highway. Great value for money.

Was a last minute stay and suited us perfectly. Kind, frindly staff and clean large rooms.

At first I was surprised on how good this hotel is. Beautiful halls, nice furniture, wall pictures¿

There is a small but disgusting problem. Cockroaches. I killed a few, and also found roach poison device, so hotel is aware of the problem¿

Would like daily roomService and at least trash take out

The staff was professional and polite.

The rooms are old with as old smell. When entering the hotel you will immediately smell cigarettes if you do not smoke. However, I was questioned at the front desk if I smoke and told that there would be a smoking fee. I proceeded to tell him that it already reeks of smoke. I do not smoke at all so this was disappointing.

It was close to my destination so that was a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

There was nothing about the property that I didn’t like.

Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. It is located in a slightly sketchy area, but we never felt unsafe. Very friendly staff and yummy breakfast. A good value for a short stay.
