Rooms quiet, clean and comfy.

Breakfast was not so great. Eggs were ok but only a sausage option I can't have and only Activia as yogart.

Staff friendly, rooms clean, location good off 75, wish cost was a little cheaper for one night stay, and a few more choices for the breakfast menu, will recommend to friends and family who travel..

Clean, comfortable rooms. Super friendly person at the front desk. She was very helpful.

One of our rooms smelled very musty or smoky. However, as soon as I contacted the front desk, they were quick to get us a different room. I really appreciated that a lot.

The hotel is attractive inside an d out. Our room was clean. The TV worked.

The bathroom in our room was small. with no hooks for clothes/towels and no ventilation. Without an exhaust fan, the entire area became damp after even a brief shower.

Outdoor pool area. Room was nice size with fresh linens. Loved the sliding farm doors with captain's windows for the bathroom. Front desk agent Deborah was also pleasant all the days of my stay.

Breakfast very standard, nothing special. Sausage was processed meat that you can find at any breakfast buffet, kind of nasty compared to other hotels. Also did not serve bacon every day so found that to be inconsistent and cost cutting by management. Front desk staff at night was allowed to do what they wanted with no oversight even with complaints to management. The side patio near the lobby that is accessible 24/7 needs lighting, especially because anyone can walk into this area and enjoy it like paying customers. would be nice if we could see vagrants sleeping in the chairs before going out there at night. No business center just two computers near the front desk, no enclosed space for business travelers with business needs.

It was close to I 75. It was close to several restaurants. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The man who checked us in put us on the back side so we weren’t bothered by road noise. The breakfast was good. All the staff were friendly

Check in went well. Room was very clean and bed comfortable.

Too many dogs in adjacent rooms led to a lot of barking. It looked like they were kept on one floor.

The breakfast was good. Our room was very clean, including the bathroom. The receptionists were very nice & professional. At first my reservation couldn't be found in the system, but being persistent, they found that the computer used my middle initial as the first letter of my last name. Thank you so much Nancy & Deborah! Originally we were staying at another "hotel" in the area which was horrible! When we walked into Fairfield what a difference! Night & day! We were pleased with everything about this hotel. Even the ladies in housekeeping were pleasant. How you maintain your hotel, & how customers are treated by your staff, says volumes about how you feel about your customers and I take it personal. So, thank you for caring about me.
