- The gentleman at desk when we arrived was very accommodating and polite changed our room and got us a remote for TV

- Dirty did not bring towels or clear room once in a week
- The breakfast was awful. They had moldy bread out. Asked for non smoking room was put in a smoking room. No remote for TV in room.
- They overbooked, gave away my prepaid for hotel room. When I showed up, they denied that I even had a reservation. Continued lying to my face. Did not try to fix anything. The entire facility smelled horrible and everything was . VERY RUDE STAFF.
