Quality Inn Bristol Pinnacle Area

The interior room quality was clean and modern, like it had been recently renovated. Everything inside was in good repair and comfortable. The breakfast was decent--waffle, yogurt, fruit, coffee, milk, and juice. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Exterior could use maintenance--rusty stairs with non-skid surfaces peeling up; doors on some rooms look beat up; big potted flowers in front of every room would do wonders. Breakfast needs protein--bacon, sausage, eggs.

It was very clean and check in was fast and easy.

We did not like the broken concrete along the 2nd floor balcony

Our room had a lot of electrical outlets. Thank you for supplying conditioner in the shower. Good selections at breakfast.

The exterior was dirty, the deadbolt for our door was broken, the bathtub was very slippery.

The staff was amazing. Will be coming back for sure. One of the best hotel stays I?ve had and I don?t usually stay at budget hotels. This is our new home away from home in Bristol.

Not one thing

Looks like a lot of old plaster held together with glue, inside and out. Floors are laminate but never been mopped. Cracks and caulking everywhere. Dirty bathroom (hair everywhere). Feels like in the hood. terrible view

This was a pitstop on our way to Nashville. The room was very clean. The aesthetics were lacking. ? There was a major shopping center very close with restaurants. The breakfast was just ok, but it got the job done. Staff were very pleasant & helpful.

We way over paid for a room of this type but there was a big race in Bristol, Tn. that I'm sure impacted the price. Race people are also very friendly. ?

On the side away from the highway the room was quiet. Bareakfast was satisfactory.

Didn't expect a hotel with a 2.5 rating to have outside entrance. The walkway on the 2nd floor was not clean--dirt and dead leaves.

Strange to have nothing to wife feet on considering all the snow and ice STILL remaining in parking lot and walkways 2-3 days after the recent snowfall ?? This only made us track in salt and dirt residual and eventually made more work for them ?? Odd¿..

Convenient and clean king room. Guy at the front counter was friendly and competent. Wasn't the nicest place I've ever stayed but was a really good value and I will probably stay again.

On the outside, the hotel looks a little worn down. But the room was very neat and clean. Very quiet stay.

Didn't look the best outside but once in the room and lobby - nice. Overall it was a good stay. Paid way less than the two next door.

The stairs leading to the second floor need some work. See some rust and it just looked unstable. Other than that, it was good.

For the price we paid- we were pleased. Clean rooms, AC worked great, beds were comfy & breakfast was good! They had a laundry area that we were able to use, which was convenient for us.

The facility wasn't maintained. Missing caulking with dark mildew present. Second stay, the bathroom was even dirty with hair on the toilet seat. They switched rooms and the sheets were stained and used so they cleaned the toilet for me in the original.

It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Nothing fancy but newly remodeled very close to all that you may need and want and the staff was friendly and courtesy was in abundance. I stayed and extra day simply because I needed the rest. Next time I visit the area I'm staying with them for sure.
