THe cleanliness of the room, (sheets & bedding, towels, heavy dust, loose equipment, smell of smoke or inscent).

Asked for towels lady at the desk said no then top blanket had blood spot on it

Extremely dirty floors inside the room. Bathroom lock doesn¿t work. Never could get the tv to work. The staff was hanging around the property, asking where we were going every time we left the property or returned. Tight parking spaces

The location is close to where we need to be. People who run it are friendly. In 2021, this was a great hotel.. now it's an ok motel

Rooms weren't clean at all, we cleaned them ourselves. Feet and hand prints all over the walls. In one bathroom the door won't shut and stuff was on the wall above shower. In the other ac/heat unit was broken Either high heat or cold no between. Microw

What I liked the most was the price but remember you get what you pay for. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The location was right next to the highway that runs through town. Walmart is less than a mile away and you can walk to MickyD's.

The furniture was worn. The mattress could be updated. The room was clean but not "deep cleaned". The floor had a sticky feel to it initially but decreased after a while. It's apparent they put forth the effort to make the hotel feel safe and clean.

The air conditioner works wonderfully, the hot water gets so steamy

WiFi wasn¿t that great, but it could¿ve been the area all together

We took disinfectant with us to wipe dirty,week old fingerprints off the microwave,the bed sheet was stained and had gravel at the feet,so we left and did not stay the night. If you are the kind of person who leaves dirty dishes in the sink,go there

The bedsheets and stains on it. The toilet, sink and tables were dirty. The microwave still had food in it from previous guess.

The room was horrible. I tried to clean it myself but still horrible. Door wouldn’t close all the way, Smelled of urine and dog, pet hair, sheets dirty and stained, floor had either poop or urine in it. Please can I have my refund back or at least half.

The staff was friendly.

The very first thing I noticed when walking into the room was the smell. It was so bad my brother immediately started gagging. We had to air out the room when we got there and that didn’t help very much. The toilet hardly worked. The shower wasn’t cleaned and the shower heard itself only sprayed about half of what it was supposed to. The people in the room above us were constantly walking around and the ceiling was so thin you can hear everything all jgijt.
