There was a cockroach in my room. I killed it and left it there. I am having to do a bit of battle to get my money refunded.

The price

My refrigerator didn't work took 4 days to get another one. No body has brought me towels or clean the room at all and there's to much to type

I didn¿t even stay. I left after 5 minutes and switching rooms.

The bugs, the dirty sheets, the hairy tub, the 1969 TV with no remote, the smell not getting a refund.

Dirty, smelly, sketchy people wandering around outside. Rude staff

This place is disgusting and I deleted ypur app because I can not believe you would have such an unsafe , nasty dirty , bug infested, cigarette burns in "blankets, urine and feces and some other unknown substance all over sheets and bedding and floors.

You should read the reviews before you allow such a trashy filthy , had to sleep in our car shelter.

This motel is a dump. First room we were put in, the door did not lock. 2nd room was dirty, looked liked it had not been cleaned - edges of floor had dust and trash built up,bathroom floor, when you stepped on floor with wet feet, turned black from dirt

Everything. Will not stay there again.

Rude staff not clean loud neighbors

Beds were hard they didn't have lamps and our 2 year old sons feet were black from the room floor

It is infested with roaches, the bedding wasn't clean, the toilet wouldn't flush

The room was dirty, the door was open & the beds were unmade, it looked like a crime scene. Reported it to the office and we were taken to a different room. No heat/a/c services and no soap/shampoo in the shower or sink. I was scared to sleep on the sheet

Rude staff, disgusting rooms smelling and covered in mold and bugs. Confusing location behind other hotels. We were yelled at upon checking out 20 min after arriving. Over all awful experience.

Everything. Pool was falling apart, room was not up to standards. no microwave. No couch. Bathroom door was broken and would not stay shut. Staff was rude. I could go on and on.

I travel all the time and I have NEVEr has such a horrible experience at a hotel. The room was filthy, disgusting and smelled terrible. The attendant switched my first room and I swear the 2nd room was worse!! Nobody should be subjected to such filth!!!!

It had a mattress, as so many do.

Their furniture was falling apart and the curtain for the window was about 9 inches from the wall. It was just barely the length of the window, so there was a huge gap of light on each side. Wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't also a flood light. up til 4a

called a lair about booking room on line.The room was not clean,told manager,so ended having to clean myself.Bathroom looked like something had been smeared on walls.The chair had tore places,blanket had a big burn place.Ice machine didn't work.Bad stay

Price was right - I knew I was getting in late and leaving early so didn't want to pay much. Location - I was able to be just 15 minutes from my next day's destination (Maryville College).

There was not a complementary continental breakfast as advertised. This, Budget Inn & Motel 6 are listed separately but it's all the same hotel (3 separate buildings), with three different prices. It was cheap/quick, slept well, but wouldn't re-book here.

Bad location felt unsafe hotel in bad condition. Door was broke could easily break in. Carpet nasty. The hotel did mot look like the picture That was posted on line. No breakfast. Would n9t recommend to anyone.

Actually, there is nothing to like about this hotel, except little bit low price compared to others.

The room was not the same that I have booked. I had booked a Kind bed room but they provided me a two single bed room. There was no continental breakfast. Also,the door locks were not secure enough.
