Too sketchy. Strange people hanging out making it uncomfortable. I actually checked in, but did not stay there. Got a room at a Best Western down the street which was 1000% better.

good location to get to knoxville and staff was friendly

it is disgustingly not clean. there was a roach in the shower and looks like the walls have been repainted 20 times to cover blood stains. Extremely dusty as well.

The last time I stayed in a room this bad was in Baharain at the Moon Plaza Guest House. The only thing missing here is the 6" centipedes (Bombay Runners) falling off the ceiling in the middle of the night onto your face.

Everything. No garbage can no soap. No ashtray in a smoking room. No coffee.

Hear in the towel, towels has some stains, no soap at all in the bathroom , smell cigarettes

The location is the ONLY likable feature of this hotel.

The staff was rude, the linens were NOT laundered. The outside walkways were strewn with cigarette butts, dirt and the outside trashcans were overflowing with trash. No trash cans, clothes hangers or facial tissue were inside the room.

I didn't like anything about it, it was roach infested and may of had bed bugs. The room was actually filthy even the blanket was covered in someone else's hair and the sheets had blood stains on them. How is the place even an option on your site?

They kicked me out for complaining about how filthy the room was and didn't give me a refund either. Apparently with this hotel it's a running theme. I have pictures of roaches and a video of a live one running across the room.

Nothing, it was not clean, no ice machine, had to ask for towels and toilet paper for the room. The bed covers were old and ragged, I would not recommend it to no one

Room was filthy, blankets had cigarette burns, hot water was turned off in sink, tub had hair and soap in it, tub didn't drain, floors were sticky, fridge was dirty, towel rack not secured to wall, drape didn't cover window entirely, credit card fees.

Filthy floors. Took my socks off and walked around. Bottom of my feet turned black. Didn't trust the hygiene because of covid concerns. Paid for 2 days but we left after one. No refunds

The water was very hot. there were no bugs. Mini fridge and microwave looked brand new. Heat and air worked very good.

No wifi, no towel, no remote batteries, my shower faucet didn't work so bath only, ultra bright light strips were hung around the room to glare straight into my eyes. theyre major unbearable so I used the bathroom light and tv. Door damaged like kick i

The hotel adds a 5% surcharge for credit cards that is not disclosed until check-in. I would not stay there again.
