The manager on duty was the nicest person ever!!!

There was no laundry facilities/ the pool was not warm

The room was large and clean

I was there four nights and the room was not serviced until the last day. Clean towels were left but the sink in bathroom was not cleaned

The staff were wonderful. Polite, helpful and friendly every time.

It was close to the airport. It was clean and well maintained. The employee at the front desk was very helpful. We needed an Uber rider to the airport and she found one for us. They were very hard to find because of the football game that was going on.

When I called to reserve this hotel, I was told they had a shuttle to the airport. We had a flight out the next morning at 5:35 a.m. I was told when I got there that the shuttle did not begin until 7:00 a.m. This needs to be told to people.

They game me a room that was s already occupied. The next room had carpet stains. They did not have a laundry room for guests.

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast food was also good.

Breakfast was great and fresh every morning! Staff was very pleasant. No complaints will book again!!

Just wish they had a hot tub! Pool was well kept and clean. Very nice.

Very basic hotel. One coffee pod per room. No coffee in lobby. Breakfast and shuttle doesn¿t start until after 7 am.

Stayed here on the front end and back end of a long weekend. Close to the airport and it¿s a comfortable and clean place to stay. Breakfast was good and the walking path across the road was an unexpected surprise.

Clean and comfortable. The beds were great and breakfast was great as well.

Break was really nice. No issue checking in with our two dogs. One was a service animal so we only needed to pay for one.

Yes, they did not have Fox News which I watch most of the time. They only had Left Wing Bisaed News (CNN, MSNBC, HLN and other Left Bisaed News Programs). I would not stay here at this Hotel again for that reason alone.

Holiday Inn had just updated their television with direct and my tv only had 38 channels . I reported it to the front desk and it was not fixed.

Good location, good breakfast, clean rooms, and the property was new.

The morning desk staff was not accommodating when asked about a billing issue.

Short on staff so had to ask for towels and tp when needed. Breakfast seemed to always be lacking our out of food.

Breakfast was lacking many items. 24 hours with no hot water on a cold day

The room was not clean, there was hair in bathroom and shower under the sink was trash.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Also the staff was very polite.

Breakfast was a big disappointment!! The first day we went to have breakfast the eggs had black spots all over!! They had no pancakes, no milk, no yogurt, no chocolate milk. The breakfast dining area was very dirty including floor and tables.

The breakfast buffet was less than desirable, the food that was available was Luke warm at best. There was no milk available, no biscuits for the sausage and gravy, and the pancake maker was out of service the entire week!
