Location

TV was not working, front desk promised $50 refund then renigged. Also lied about being the manager, then that the manager wasn't available, then the original rep had quit within past 2 days.

They dont use Fabulosa!!! Very hot water.

Pillows were terrible and smelled bad

They charged additional $50 for my ES per dog for my 5 hours overnight stay

Caution, Hotel under major renovation. No pool, no fitness, no breakfast area, no lobby no security, just a mess. Not as advertised, total mess for --- a night.

Noisy elevators from room, no water pressure, paper thin door could hear all Activity in the hallway. No breakfast area. No lobby, no pool, no fitness area. No security, walked right in a back door. Just awful should be shut down until complete.

Location is good

Took me 20 min to check in, then I had zero hot water.

They have a park and ride program and shuttle to the airport. Convenient to restaurants and airport. Quiet safe.

Front desk rep allowed us to check in early after an early flight from Atlanta and even gave us a breakfast to go bag as we had noting on our 1 hour flight. Really a nice touch. Also, the breakfast bar was very complete and adequate.

The hotel staff was amazing. I don't know how they did it, or what they did, but I felt so welcome at this hotel. From the several desk clerks, to the kitchen lady, to the house cleaners and other help staff, they were the best!

The bathtub drain was plugged. I asked for a plunger, but they didn't have one on hand, at night and no maintenance avail. In fairness, we stayed for 3 nights, and it was obvious the first night,but didn't say it b/c too tired and too busy.

The staff

Beds - too hard. Pillows - too much trapped air. Breakfast - too plain/ordinary. Chairs in common area - threadbare & finish peeling; windows in dining area not sealed/insulated well, very cold to be seated near. The whole place needs updating.

Room layout and hot breakfast were both unexpected and welcomed by tired travelers

We were more pleased by this particular location than the other 3 locations combined.

The hotel check-in process was an easy process

Yes the hotel rooms were not clean specifically the bathroom. I had to transfer to another room. The new room the bathroom was also not cleaned. I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom out myself due to limited housekeeping staff.

Mattress was terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was unacceptable. Not up to Hampton standards. Poor experience overall.

Near airport

After 4 trips up and down the elevator & 35 minutes we finally got a key that would open our room. After a 9 hour flight this sucked. The next morning I explained to the front desk what had happened, She told me that her manager would call me. NO callback

checked in after midnight, unloaded only to find fridge was not working. Had to move rooms. Next room had bugs crawling in the bathroom. We were too tired to move again, we shut the doors to the bathroom and ignored the issues.

Location close to airport, good shuttle service

Filthy housekeeping throughout.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was in perfect condition, &when we requested add'l towels, they were there at our door within just a couple minutes. The pool was pristine. Overall our stay was OUTSTANDING. And the cookies were yummy!
