I got ate up with scabies and I seen a lot of bed bugs house keeping never cleaned my room or washed the sheets I even had to go to the front desk and get toilet paper on several accounts

The room was filthy, broken glass on the floor, no lamps, no closet or bar to hang our clothes, ceiling bubbled and falling down, toilet paper empty, no stopper for tub, toilet paper on floor, no housekeeping service, no clean towels after first night.

Nothing, it was a horrible and gross experience I can't believe I paid so much for.

Everything. First the room had a broken tv and microwave and only 1 lamp. The mini fridge leaked and there were roaches, gnats, and many other bugs in my room upon arrival. There also was mold all over the walls and nothing was very clean.

The refrigerator kept my dinner leftovers cold.

No toilet paper holder in a totally remodeled bathroom?? Sink faucet wouldn't shut off. Can't close bathroom door when sitting on the toilet. A/C unit was horribly loud Staff was rude

Nothing at all the TV was messed up barely could watch it had no microwave no ice or ice bucket water pressure and shower was not good at all the shower barely worked

Trying to get into the entrance was very hard and I had to leave earlier than intended and they still charged me for both days even though I had to leave after only one day. I would not stay at that motel again.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed in. They changed our reservation and gave us a dirty room, no fridge or microwave. Ac/heat didn't work. Floors were very dirty. Staff was very rude.

Close to airport. AC system was great - quiet.

the price but i did not really like that because I would not stay in a hotel as bad as this. RUN away do not walk. I prepaid for 2 nights and it was non refundable and I did not stay there because it was so bad.

extremely DIRTY, Bed and sheets had stains. bathroom was dirty and hair on the floor. the dorm fridge has something in the freezer that I could not identify. I was offered another room but it smelled of urine. I stayed at a another hotel and no refund

It was close to my warehouse.

When I walked inside it smelled very bad the bed sheets where dirty with hairs, the bathroom had the paper toilet holder broken and the vent hanging off the wall. It was about 11 pm and someone was working on top of our room lots of noise around.

Absolutely nothing. I couldn't wait for the sunrise to flee out of that place.

TV didn't work. Telephone didn't work. Sheets, towels, blankets were all dirty, full of stains. Had to use my own blanket and sheet. The room was dusty and nasty.

The motel has roaches and the shower would not drain instead of the manager giving me another room he sent maintenance and they did nothing with the sitting water

I Left promptly after walking into the room and finding it completely dirty the toilet was dirty the floor was greasy the bed sheets were dirty the bed itself was dirty the chair had blood on the arm and I was denied a refund and charged twice!!!!

the smell in the office was horrible, the place was filthy dirty ,bugs in room. i walked into room looked around and left didn't stay. it was gross and drug users all around police were there when i arrived

We found a heroine needle and drugs stowed above the entry way to the bathroom. We found a mouse dropping on bedside table. You have to walk back and forth to the different hotel entrances to talk to the employees or get your card keys. TERRRRRRRIBLE

The room was old. But for the price I paid, I really couldn't expect anything more. The bed was fine the sheets are nice. It was very close to the Knoxville airport which was great. All I really needed was a place just to lay my head for a few hours.

The room needed a good cleaning. Even though it was old it was not overly clean. Again for what I paid and the proximity to the airport it was probably a good deal.

The manager was responsive to requests.

Cleanliness, poorly maintained, infested with bedbugs.

I wouldnt have this hotel again even if it was giving to me for free.i know it wasnt rated good but it was a dump an cops busting people. Also full of drug use,over al worst experience I've ever had
