Quality Inn Alcoa Knoxville

The location was excellent! Lots of food options in the area, clean hotel with a very friendly staff. Great breakfast and the creek and walking path behind the hotel was a delightful surprise!

Clean, neat facilities. Comfortable room and bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was excellent.

The breakfast was just OK. The biscuits were hard as a rock. The attendant was not friendly. We had a group of six people, and there was only one table available for a crowd that large.The coffee was awful.

Clean room. Quiet. Next to a nice walking trail. Staff is very friendly and check in process is quick.

Close to the airport. Rooms were a nice size. Fridge and microwave were handy.

The hallway and rooms smelled musty. The sheets had minor stains. The beds weren't the most comfortable. The breakfast was quite awful.

So so loud...seemed I could hear every word of a low conversation in the adjoining room. Cleaning was pretty bad, almost seemed bathroom was just rinsed between guests.

we stayed 4 nights and if I didn't run down a housekeeper we got no service of any kind. twice I had to find her to ask for clean towels. No one ever came into our room to change bedding or empty wastebaskets I found this a poorly run operation.

Bathroom was super tiny. The smallest one I have ever seen in a hotel.

The outside appearance was nice.

Room was dirty and several items were broken, including the bathroom shelves and alarm clock. We also received a wake up call at 3:30 in the morning that we did not request and when we spoke to staff about it they just brushed it off.

The staff is very professional, thorough and accommodating.

Hotel was having parts of their parking lot repaved and this caused a parking problem for a couple of nights during the stay. Also, one morning during the stay the attendant for the breakfast was late to work and many of the breakfast items were no restoc

Dirty place, would never stay again. Fridge and AC old and loud, room service once in 3 days.

Much to my surprise from reviews much of the hotel had been recently updated.

Room was very noisy. It was right beside the ice maker and vending machines. When the air conditioning was running it helped block out the noise but without that there was frequent very loud noises from those machines and people using them.
