Clean room and everything easy to get to and friendly.

Great location to the airport.

The place looks old and run down. Room was damp and stunk.

Nothing to like other than the front desk lady offering me a refund.

It's completely dated and insects were prevalent in the room.

Friendliness of the staff

The A/C didn’t cool. Filter and coils were completely clogged.

I liked the kitchen, laundry, cable TV, and beds. It's a good place to stay.

The wifi is bad. Like non functional which sucks, because I needed a long term stay for business and had to go to a different hotel. The wired Ethernet is not active. So wifi is the only way. I tried two different rooms on 2 different nights, bad wifi.

entrance door scrapped on the room above us and kept us awake until 1 am. our entrance door would stick and hard to open and scraped the floor.

Bed was very uncomfortable. I turned the water on the tub, and the handle fell off We felt it was very overpriced

The suite was home away from home! I had all convinces at my finger tips!

The free laundry area could have been cleaner, and could use repairs to a few washers out of order! The Room could have updated their toilets height to assist older seniors, they seemed low, coming from a person with two hip replacements!

It was close to the airport, but filthy bathroom in lobby. Never even got into my reserved room because some stupid staff person cancelled my reservation without notifying my and without my permission¿ A huge SNAFU. Never again will I trust this place!

Deplorable customer service. Lost my reservation even though I proved to them I had a confirmation number. They still turned me away and I gad to sit up all night in the hotel lobby. I acquired owner¿s contact # the managers were unprofessional. Refund!

Full kitchen. Very pricy for the quality of the room which hadn't been remodeled since 2008.

Cigarette butts & trash everywhere. Dog howling for hours. Loud party under my window w/ over a dozen people until midnight most nights of the week. Room was a little run down, soiled carpet & floors, scratched & broken furniture w/ disgusting toaster.

TV didn't work. Remote didn't work. Room smelled. Tub had stains Ceiling stained. Room was clean. Staff nice.

Location only

Entire 1st floor had bad odor. Room 130 was intially assigned and was not habitable. All hallways had trash stacked and debris on floors, 1st and second level.

The room was clean and large. The bathroom had good soap and was huge.

The room had a musty smell and the hallways had a cigarette/ unpleasant food smell.

The location was convenient to the airport.

The room had a bad odor from a previous guest cooking food. I like Indian food but I don't want my hotel room to smell like it. Hotels which facilitate longer stays and in room cooking need to have better ventilation or thoroughly deodorize the rooms.

Was nicer room than expected

It was my fault bc I didn¿t pay attention to location enough when I was booking- I was already on the road and at a gas station- but it was 11 miles away from I-75¿ but still a nice room

Somewhere to sleep

Barking dogs all hours of the night Loud Japanese people staying down hall I question whether there is a puppy mill operating out of there. Snacks available to purchase not fresh

Cost of room & location to airport. Room was more than expected with suite accommodations. Desk clerk very friendly & helpful.

No clerk at time of checkout due to need to drive client to airport. Hotel should have assigned driver & not require desk clerk double duty tasking.

No daily cleaning, had to bring towels back everyday and exchange

The Room was nice for the price and had a full fridge stove top freezer A dishwasher and utensils

We stayed on the 2nd floor and it smelled really bad. Our Room smelled like smoke especially in the bathroom and you could see cigarette Burns on the Bathroom tub.
