Proximity to airport. Shuttle back and forth to hotel is why we picked this hotel.

One elevator was out of service. internet wasn't working. no key was available for our room. We were leaving at 5am,I made hot chocolate, the hot water was cold. Scheduled 5am shuttle, the airline crew had that time so we got 5:20,should have been advi

No tub only stand up shower. Room was really small and the floor needs mopped.

Convenient location, clean modern room, variety of breakfast items available.

Our connecting flight through Dallas was late,so we arrived at hotel after midnight. However, the hotel reim used us for the out of pocket expense for an uber.

Only 3 things. 1st no microwave anywhere. Dining area, our room none. 2nd no coffee if you come in after breakfast and no coffee it stays that way. No one knows how to make any coffee. 3rd the best for last. A bug in our room and no one could help

A tall American Male counter worker yelled at my mom. She needed a tray to help with her breakfast; (she had a walker) he was busy eating his oatmeal and didn?t want bothered while working. No coffee maker in room was not a positive.

The rooms are in need of work. there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The phone system was making the phone ring once all night. we ended up unplugging it.

Room was small but efficient. Hotel employees where excellent. Also the hotel was very clean.

That our room was bright colored

Upon arrival it took forever to check in because one of our rooms didn't show as reserved but then they found it, then our blinds did not work in either room so the lights shown in on us all night.

Clean and comfortable bed. Main room and bathroom were very spacious. On a 10 day vacation I got my best night sleep.

I was not able to get a reciept at checkout.

Room 420 had a broken shower diverting handle to switch shower heads.

The room we got had a horrible window leak, although we were allowed to switch rooms. It was a really bad leak right over the room's heating and air conditioning unit and it has been leaking for quite some time.

Great room especially for the price!!

The floors were sticky and the bed pillows were strange. Folded up and tucked in.

Overall this was the best hotel of the 3 we stayed in. Room clean. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The full complimentary breakfast was exceptional. When traveling to Tennessee again this would be the only hotel I would stay in.

Stayed the night before our flight. Super convenient if your catching a flight, right across from the airport. They also had an airport shuttle and let us leave our cars parked at the hotel for $5 a day! Super friendly staff. Lots of close restaurants.

Breakfast and the beds.

The bathroom needed a deep cleaning and one of the blinds in the room would work therefore we had sunlight coming in early in the am.

The hotel seemed very nice and new. Beds were comfortable. No airport noise.

While on the surface it seemed clean there were things that were clearly overlooked by housekeeping such as someone else's dental flosser pick on the ground beside the toilet and mystery brown stains on the bathroom wall.

The rooms are very modern and recently updated. It¿s cute. I like the style

Not their fault¿whatever contractors built the bathrooms didnt caulk anything. There was huge gap between sink and backsplash. And the shower leaked. It¿s a bummer because this will cause a lot of damage to the hotel if not rectified.Fix now b4 too late!
