flexible with late arrival

There was a mix up. I used Booking.com to book my reservation. When I got a final confirmation from you it showed 1 room. it should have been 2. I called you and you said to call the 3rd party who booked my reservation. After checking they said I booked correctly and they would call you and get it corrected. All was fixed!

I went there. They had no reservation for me. The desk girl Makaiĺa said I had no reservation and she could not help me. I left because son was in a terrible accident and I had to find a room for the night. I booked another room by bookings and went that hotel and checked in. 2 hrs later making texted me and said she just recieved my reservation did I want to come back. As the 2 hotels were miles apart and I'm 76 years old and stressed because my son got flown to a hospital in siuox falls 86 miles from our home and I got another hotel closer to the hospital I told makaila to cancel my reservationI booked another hotel through your company at no fault of mine did aI not stay at Fairfield. I went there at 3 pm, check in time and there was an obvious delay on your part. So please do not charge me. You should be able to see where I stayed because I paid you. Twice for a room I desperately needed. I am not wealthy I live on SS. Please only charge for the room I actually stayed In. I will contact you further.Sincerely Linda nelson
