Nice room, very clean

Handicapped parking was difficult for visually impaired, physically impaired, unsteady guests to access without walking a distance out of their way or over raised gravel path around bench & smoker stand..

It's pretty inside.

The rooms could not cool down within an appropriate time frame even after the maintenance men came in then switched rooms

On the second floor and we could easily hear the person in the room above us.

the flooring in our room was squeaky and sticky to bare feet.

The location was good for getting to local attractions, and getting food.

A dog area with poop bags would have been nice.

The treadmill in the fitness room kept shorting out. Someone could get shocked. Sparks

The front desk clerk, when we checked in, charged us twice for the room we are still waiting for our refund

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was simple but great- scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, sausage, waffles and several cold options. Many gluten free options. They had a cute little outside area to at. It wasn?t fancy but very comfortable.

I was charged twice! Still haven?t been reimbursed yet. Poor customer service and they don?t seem to care they double charged me!

The staff was wonderful. The facility was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location was great.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. The thermostat on the room unit was way out of accurate.

Best beds! I also loved the hot tub in the suite.

The room was located directly over a compressor that was so loud we thought it was in the room next door, and it came on every minute and a half for 10-15 seconds the whole time we were there. We hardly got any sleep at all. Worst hotel experience ever!

Proximity to activities surrounding Mt Rushmore, close to dining and shopping. Rushmore was 20 minutes and bear country and reptile gardens maybe 10mins. Breakfast food service attendant was very friendly and helpful.

Check in staff very short and rude. Pool is very cold for an indoor pool. After getting home we noticed small bites on our kids legs and backs not sure if it¿s bed bugs or not.

Clean and the person that checked us in did a great job

The guy that was on the counter on 3-11-23 had the worst customer service, he would be the reason we wouldn¿t come back

There was blood on our sheets and on the floor.

Very good coffee. Staff was very thoughtful, called me to let me know I had left a piece of costume jewelry behind.

Our room did not have any hot water in the sink, we noticed that lots of low income families seem to be living there permanently, taking advantage of the free breakfast for their large families. We are paying good money for a room

Very nice room, bed was clean

The room was not cleaned. They changed the bed linen but the bathroom was dirty and I didn't want to shower.

Location

The room had bugs in it and when I mentioned this to staff they didn¿t do anything about it.

The room was very clean & quiet, the staff was friendly, and it was in a great location in relation to everything else.

The breakfast wasn't the best, but certainly not the worst.
