Roosevelt Inn Mount Rushmore

Location, game room, pool, and price! Even with Sturgis going on there was ample parking.

Love the Roosevelt quotes. The rooms were clean and updated. The location is 4 minutes away from Mount Rushmore and 1 minute away from Keystone Center.

The carpet was a bit dated but then again, it's a themed hotel.

Great location. Room was clean and air condition worked nicely. Even with sturgis going on, room was quit. In walking distance of things to do. But over all not bad. I would stay there again

Only complaint was that the pool was smaller then I'm use to

Comfortable beds. Wonderful staff!! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Loved the historical feel of the building and the rooms. Photos and information throughout and our room was exciting and unique! Hands down, BEST breakfast from any hotel!

Someone started smoking outside our AC unit and it filled our room with smoke smell for 30 or so minutes.

Great location. Room was nice and breakfast was good with lots of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our shower was not the greatest. It was leaking pretty bad and it was one of those hand held types of shower heads. We were in a ADA room which is why they had that type of shower head.

The staff was very friendly. A relaxing view from the balcony. I loved reading all of the Teddy Roosevelt quotes that decorated the walls. We all enjoyed shooting pool in the game room.

The bathroom was a bit cramped. The mattress and my back didn't get along.

This has been my favorite hotel stay in a very long time. The hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly during check in and check out. The room was very cute. I will stay here the next time I am in the area.

Went to Mt. Rushmore at night, was only 2 miles drive in the darkness.

The bathtub was clogged, went to take shower and got yuk up the drain.

The bed was hard as a rock and the free breakfast was one small pancake,one slice of bacon and one egg. When my husband asked for more he was told no.

It was in a great location, has breakfast and the staff was great. Hotel employee even called after check in to make sure everything was okay. It was very clean and updated. And you can walk to everything in town if you wanted to.

Game Center and very close to the Rushmore memorial. There are lots of hiking places nearby and many places to visit in the area about 1 hour travel to different national parks in the Black Hills, museums, traditional towns and wonderful food.

We really liked the ambiance of the hotel. We did happen to have a strange situation with our shower leaking onto the floor below us, but the staff handled the situation. Everyone was polite. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The shower leaking onto the floor below was a draw back. Listening to the staff in the morning, they discussed that the plumbing needed to be replaced. Otherwise great!
