Good location
More like a beans breakfast, only 8 well furnished rooms in a great location near the saloons, casinos and entertainment but a block away from the main noisy street. Parking just for the Branch is right next to the hotel.
This is very small historic hotel centrally located in Deadwood. We walked everywhere, since it was only two blocks off the main steet. The room was spacious, clean, quaint, yet modern. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit the town again.

Cons -

No AC in April. When asked they stated they had not yet switched over from heat to AC and would not be doing that. It was 80 degrees during the day and the room was very warm.
It would be beneficial if the tub\shower combo was specified to third parties. We called the hotel to confirm a walkin shower without the option being on the third party site. So we ended up with a tub\shower that was difficult to get in and out.
