bed linens seemed new, mattress had mattress cover, no bugs

very dirty, walls, floors, surfaces, all filthy.... tv stopped working at night and never came back. A/C was set to 65 and would shut off and on, temps were actually around 76-78. Pillow cases were off white/yellow from so old.

location of the hotel to my events was wonderful and the ground level room was what we needed due to our age and not having to climb stairs

There was nothing pleasant about the experience

1. Room stunk like smoke 2. Cigarette burns in the sheets 3. water leak holes in the ceilings 4. lamp cords held together with electrical tape. We booked a standard room and at check in was told only smoking rooms available, only 3 cars in parking lot.

No working ice machine, room was dirty and no breakfast as indicated.

Front office clerk not very professional, even NO star still can be professional. You don't wear brand name doesn't mean you cannot dress sharp !!

It had bed bugs and the beds was dirty

Very convenient to my job.

The towels, bath cloths, sheets, all looked dirty. The water pressure in the room I stayed in with very very low.

Worse experience at a hotel...

The doors didn’t lock and the window popped out and didn’t lock we didn’t stay we let after 2 hours of being there and paid to stay somewhere else

Listing said breakfast. I was expecting a hot breakfast but it was cereal. Didn’t have any juice either.

Old and very outdated.The rooms were not cleaned good at all and had a smell like something stale. The towels n sheets were stained and the pull out couch was DISGUSTING. We didn’t have much choice as there are really only hotel there. So we went and spent $60 on cleaning n sanitizing items n deep cleaned room n put our sheets on bed n couch. The free bfast is literally old look cereal n juice. The fact i paid 160.00 i just dont see what for bc while cleaning the dust was just layered on the lamps fixtures n phone like they dnt even bother to wipe it down the lysol wipe from the phone was brown n yellow and the from the fixture yellow. The covers has burn holes in them and the pillow was like an old worn out throw pillow didnt even fill the pillow case. They really should take some money and try to update the rooms because they are nice people but the rooms were awful. We requested a different room from first one they gave us n it was much better at all just the toilets didn’t make a loud sound like previous room. I am very humbled but was very disappointed in the lack of care of rooms especially being one out two options to stay and the HIGH risk of getting germs if you do not clean it yourself. I didnt take pics bc i didnt being anything room until we cleaned it.

Terrible

Room was non smoking, when entering room smelled like smoke,I had my 92 year old mother with me, I went to front desk to ask for a extra roll of toilet tissue and was told that I had enough in room for 2 people in a very unpleasant tone.I will never stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable rest

The fact that they do not see the message that we want early check in

It was clean, the lady at the desk didn't get the note that we wanted to check-in at 11 am. Then said it was 20 dollars extra for early check in. We paid the extra. We travel a lot and like to stop and rest a while then we get up and go again. We are considering staying here again

The website said it had a pool, coffee maker in the room continental breakfast and none of this was available. The room was filthy I took pictures. I spoke to the property manager and all she had to say was sorry I have to clean these rooms myself. I told her I would never stay there again.
