- The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Cons -
- The night desk clerk was not attentive and slightly rude
- We booked a handicapped room because my mom is on a walker and elderly. When we arrived they told us a handicap room wasn?t available and there were no other options besides a refund. It was too late to change hotels, so we had to make do with this room.
- Ice machine on floor was broke Hair on bathroom floor and shower walls Refrigerator wasn?t cold
