Pros +
- The hotel staff were excellent. We traveled right after the hurricane, The hotel lost power during the early evening and staff were there guiding guests to the stairs and opening rooms with a master key when the locks didn't work.
- The location was conveniently located to the interstate. The hotel was pretty clean inside. The exterior/grounds were nice.
- The cleanliness, the staff, quietness and the interior room size was all excellent. The pool was clean and good size for smaller children, we enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay again.
Cons -
- Evacuated Florida for hurricane.Bed bugs ate us up and came home with us.
- The staff was incredibly rude. They were not helpful nor accommodating. The room was damp and smelled like mildew.
- Breakfast could have been a little better.
