- The staff at this location were amazing very friendly after a few bad experiences on our trip they were exactly what we needed to know there are still friendly people
- Check-in was fast and cordial.

- Reserved a king bed; was given 2 queens.
- N/a
- Room was not very clean (main carpet looked like there was sick on it, hair in shower, bathroom floors were not clean around the edges, stains on the wall in the bathroom). The water heated to about lukewarm and no higher. Room was missing the tv remote, phone was unplugged, clock battery was taken and random charging cord still in the wall by middle nightstand.

Check-in was fast and cordial.

breakfast was excellent
unfortunately the elevator was not working so had to walk down three flights
