Clean,large room, great breakfast

Handicap room was 2nd floor, no shade for privacy and bed rolled to the center

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Great location.

Way-overpriced. I understand issues arise but no working elevator was inexcusable. Repair guys work weekends.

It was basically closed. I have limited mobility, my room was to be on the 4th floor. The elevators were not working. I left and was told I would get full credit.

Elevators were not working. Stairwells were dirty due to ongoing renovation (outside of the hotel).

Very clean and updated. Checkin staff were fantastic. Nothing bad to say, slept well.

The accommodations are an excellent dollar value with comfortable beds, spacious rooms and big showers.

We stayed here several years ago and loved it. It has changed hands and is not at all what it was before. Staff was scarce and inefficient. There was one luggage cart for the whole hotel. The breakfast buffet used to be great..now it is dismal.

The remodel was greatt, from the electric toilet seat to the heated towel racks. It was better then some of the four star ⭐️ hotel we stayed at.

Location to Furman University was great! Breakfast had many options to keep it healthy.

A/C unit ran off and on constantly. If you are light sleeper, this would be a big problem. Older Hampton but VERY spacious rooms. No fridge or micro in every room.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast stayed replenished for a crowd of holiday travelers all wanting a late breakfast.

I have been staying at this hotel at Thanksgiving for many years. The rooms are showing wear and need updating.

It is convenient to Furman University.

We did not get the room the room that we ordered (king bed with pull out couch), but they got us a cot.

Our room and the lobby were lovely, modern and clean. Staff was friendly.

no hot tub. no in-room refrigerator or microwave. no eggs for breakfast.We didn't have time to check out the pool before it closed.

I believe they reduced my bill at check-out secondary to the room not being up to par.

The toilet kept backing up and I had to use a plunger almost every time I flushed. The hair dryer did not work. And, while the room had a hot tub in it, the faucets had been removed so it was not operational.

Staff was courteous and location was nice.

Room was humid and stuffy. Hard to sleep. Felt stuffy the next morning.

We enjoyed the free snacks and coffee in the lobby. Breakfast had a lot to choose from. We would stay again!

Loved the proximity to Greenville as we were there for a conference. We had a wonderful room and it actually had a mountain view! Would definitely stay again!
