The hotel is under construction, and none of the promised amenities were available. WIFI, cable, phone, pool, were completely unavailable. Free Breakfast was to be included, but was not setup. Bathroom light/fan did not work, & a lamp was placed instead

This establishment has no cable, phone or internet. The pool was closed, the room smelled it had roaches and bed bugs. All other hotels were booked so I could not switch. Please do not book this hotel.

There was no phone, cable or WiFi. The TV kept randomly turning on. There were holes in the curtain. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The heater didn?t work. The toilet ran the entire time. There was no plug for the bathtub. The place smelled like smoke.

Nothing in the hotel worked. The cable and internet was out, the indoor pool was closed. You also had to slam the door to make it shut.

Everything was bad it had a bad smell it was dirty there was a lot of bugs tv didn?t work WiFi didn?t work they had signs everywhere to not be smoking but the whole building smelled like that overall bad experience and bad hotel

I usually stay at this hotel when I visit Sunter for church service. It's a nice place and a place for me and my kids to relax before we drive to Columbia.

The room had 1 bed instead of 2, the toilet ran until it flooded over into the walk way of the hotel. There was no TV nor internet. I didn't get another room until the next day when it was time to check out

The hotel was not maintained, my first room had a lamp in the bathroom because the original lights did not work. There were also roaches in the room. I had to bomb the room with roach spray and observed several adult roaches and babies.

The People are warm and welcoming.

The bldg is not truly cared for. We have used it a cpl times (due to location). Indoor Pool never open. The floors often could use a cleaning. This time room 223 has a round toilet eat on an oblong toilet. The smoke detector is down from connection, etc

They charged me but I never stayed because the place had been neglected for many months. Pool unusable. No hot breakfast.

Charged me even though I didn?t stay. Pool closed. No hot breakfast. Clerk acknowledged that the property had been neglected and rundown for months. New owner refused to return my calls. Went across the street and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel employee is very nice and he takes care of the hotel guess really well, its a great joy to see him there.

Only thing I don't like is that the hotel allows the repo man to come around, and you never know people already down on there luck they don't need there car taken too.

Poorly managed, not clean.

This hotel was thw worst one in our history, and we've stayed at many hotels. The location and price were OK, but everything else was pretty poor, other than the morning breakfast, although they did not have any visible napkins.

On a sweltering hot day near 100, we just wanted to check in and cool off, but the room they assigned us was a work-in-process: the TV was blaring, the beds weren't ready, the toilet seat was broken off the hinges, there were no towels or soap/shampoo.

Nothing. The worse experience ever

Nothing to like. Rooms were dirty, hotel common areas dirty and aged. No towels in rooms. Staff could not accommodate. Hotel Needs to be shut down.

Scary place, hoses hanging out a hotel window, torn screens, bent screens from outside as if someone trying to break in. Trash on grounds. Questionable persons hanging out in parking lot. We left never checked in, gave up our non-refund room.

The location was great and it was surprisingly clean, the front desk staff was always very nice. Our room was old but really clean and comfy. The curb appeal of the hotel was really pretty!

The pool was cringy, water was murky and not inviting but they ended up closing for maintenance-

Disgustingly filthy and every aspect of the hotel and rooms are in disrepair. Broken air conditioner units stacked in hallway; damaged furniture in the room and littered about hotel; suspect people roaming the hotel after midnight;

non existant maid service,pool was not heated,no tv remote, no towels and the elevator did not work

Indoor pool was not heated. NO HOT WATER! The water never even got warm in the room. 2 days with cold showers. Terrible ! .
