Cleanliness of the hotel and the professionalism of staff

There was a smell in the room that never went away . May have been in the carpet

Delayed checkin because staff was unavailable (even after ringing the bell). The clerk seemed to have an attitude, and very short patient. I was placed on the same floor as construction..told only room available.

The Manager she was amazing !! The bed was comfortable

The room was run down & old, to me. The room was small. Outdated television. There were stains on the cloth chair. The phone had some brown stuff all on it. The sheets smelled like cologne.

Breakfast was underwhelming.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable. One of the staff memebers,  was so sweet and kind. She was helpful when it came time to checkout and the hospitality she gave was so inviting. I would definitely return.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I have never been disappointed. The rooms and the hotel are always clean. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, always willing to help. They serve a wonderful breakfast.

Location was great and the staff was great.

The room had a smell and the TV and dresser was dusty. I had to request a clean comforter because there was a stain on it.

The staff was extremely pleasant & kind. The hotel was clean and workers were always around cleaning something. The breakfast was fresh & all areas were clean. Location was close to everything. I truly would recommend to anyone traveling.

Nope everything was perfect. One of the most hospitable hotels I¿ve been to.

Concrete floor & wall construction so you don¿t hear your neighbors. Comfortable bed and a good shower.

Hotel is a bit dated and needs a refresh. Breakfast spread was just average at best.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Our toilet was consistently running but it wasn¿t noticeable with the door closed.

It was easy to navigate the hotel and the room had everything needed.

It was very humid and sticky feeling throughout the hotel. One of the staff members was very rude and unprofessional; not just to me but I observed her being that way to and in front of other guests.

The room wasn't that clean had to get some stuff off the wall and hair on the sink toilet and tub

The room smelled like cat or animal urine and the pillows were utterly useless as they were so small and flat

Location is good, morning staff was awesome.

Staff was very hit or miss. Stayed there for multiple nights on a work trip, they put me in a room that had a broken lock, belongs got locked inside. Beware, double check your charges after staying here, I caught $$$ of false changes on my credit card.

I usually always stay at a Hampton Inn whenever I travel. I like the rooms and the breakfast.

The A/C did not work well, so the room was too hot to get a good nights sleep. At 3 AM the A/C started making a loud noise that prevented me and my wife from sleeping so I had to turn it off.

Room had a horrible smell. Would have left if I could have gotten refund. Luckily had some air freshener with me that helped a little bit.

Staff is very accommodating and super friendly

Cable choices where slim. I had to stream TV on my computer

Front desk staff was friendly face to facd

Toilet was backed up upon arrival, notified front desk,was told no night maintenance available that I could come get plunger use a & return downstairs. No other rooms available. Ended up calling 800 line for restitution.

The room was clean and I will possibly stay her again.

The elevator was out and I had to use the stairs.

Great staff, General Mgr, outstanding customer service. She stepped in to assist with the booking discrepancy that was totally different than quoted. She is a great asset to the Hampton Inn. She took matters in hand to assist.

There were 10 in my party and the only complaint were the beds(not firm enough; pillows too soft and small; the mattress' kept sliding.
