Carpets stained badly, generally poor condition/outdated.

Went in the room and by ac unit their was a roach on the floor if they just clean. Their was a hole in the floor. The wifi never work for us

pool area could really use a update and good cleaning bathroom was nasty and fittings room needs a update TREADMILL WAS MAKING CRAZY NOISE BICYCLE ARM PLATE WAS BROKING

Everything was a bit dated, the coffee was super weak the first day but got better. Unable to get extra towels after they cleaned to clean our room when we rhad ead signs that house keeping wouldn't come in unless requested. Heard a lot of noise of others

The room did not meet the expectations,very loud fighting in rooms next to ours with kids screaming and crying . We were on 3rd floor and subjected to the smell of pot the first 3 days . We checked out two days early

The floor in our bathroom was very badly cracked and if we had had young children with us I would have been concerned for their safety.

Pool had live living caterpillars crawling on the bottom, crawling on stairs into pool. The room we stayed in 322 the hair dryer doesn?t work, the ironing board is broke, the iron leaks water and soaks clothing. The sheets were stained & had hair on them

Room was not clean. Mold on window and air handler. Lot of items/trash and dirt under/behind beds and when couch sleeper was pulled open it was just dirty. Breakfast Bar was too crowded (know there were a lot of guests) but would think they would prepare.

Location was good. Daytime staff was great but night time was ok...

The curtains did not close so the lights shinned in the room..... Could use some up dating in the room.....phone did not work to call the front desk.... I could have stayed in one of the newer hotels for the same price I paid for this one.

It was barely adequate.

They never emptied the trash, refreshed towels or made up the bed once during my 3 night stay. Also, when I check in I was told the breakfast was from 7 to10. She even wrote it on my key card. Monday morning I went down at 9 and everything was put awa

The staff was very professional and friendly. The location was great.

The 1st room 225 , the toilet shakes as you use it & as you shower the water stays in the tub .The bed was very uncomfortable. That 2nd room 301 was perfect except for when you¿re showering the water starts out warm , & gets cold before you finish ¿¿¿¿¿¿

The staff was friendly and professional and room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Location and price

Stayed there several time this was my worst experience. Cancel 2 future stays. Hotel is becoming run down door, head board buckling. The carpet is awful very sticky, breakfast sausage patties overcook. Staff was friendly.

Great location.

Hotel safe and clock did not work. The bathroom needs rennovations. It seems that all they money is spent in the lobby and not the rooms.

Easy check-in, beds were clean.

The whole room was "damp"... maybe due to pool use or carpet cleaning? And generally run down, no paper towel holder in the room. Quite dated.

Staff was courteous.

The only negative is that our room wasn't cleaned the last day. We arrived back the final evening and the room was just as it was left that morning. Bed unmade and everything.

Everything was fine except the bathroom wasn¿t cleaned properly the pool was out of order and they should have more than 1 waffle maker in the morning for the amount of guest at the hotel

Firm mattress. Location convenient to my needs. Felt secure.

Pitiful breakfast spread that was never refilled. Sheets were threadbare and scratchy. You cannot close the curtains so the giant parking lot light blinds you all night. Night staff were begrudgingly helpful. Pool is freezing. Everything is worn down.

Location was convenient, room was spacious. Breakfast was decent (liked the waffles the best).

The room had a very bad odor, even switched rooms to see if it would help, which it did not. Room had a lot of dust around door frames and dampness near the AC unit. Hotel staff wasn¿t very friendly- really no one smiled.
