Quality Inn Sumter near Shaw AFB

The staff were very pleasant.

Upon check-in we walked through a hall to the inner court yard where the room was located. The access hallway contained the ice maker smelled strongly of urine. There were safety issues in the bathroom and pool area. And much more. Need characters

They should not have been open. The parking lot was 100% under construction - ended up with an asthma attack from the dust/dirt and had to leave after 1 hour. I want my money back!

The way hotel staff treated me as a guest. The room was not clean, the lights did not work in half of the room, a piece of the floor popped up in the bathroom and tripped me.

The only thing I liked was the location

The bedding was dirty. The doors were dirty. The floors were dirty. The place place driving up look like a warzone would never stay there again

They didn’t announce or have closed signs posted that there would be no breakfast served for guests during the holiday and this was a huge inconvenience for me having to take my disabled dad for breakfast every morning who is diabetic. Had I known in advance we could have been better prepared.

Location was good but should have stayed at hampton next door or somewhere else!

Hair on sheet, not clean, construction going on I did not know about I booked on booking.com and paid so they didnt care what room was like or location very nasty. Woke up at 2 with 2 police outside, lot of activities thru the night, pictures on booking are very misleading! I was told hot breakfast, but and is advertised free breakfast, in morning told construction had messes up something and not breakfast it was closed! They need to condim the building! No ice machine working! Believe me, stay at another motel there are others in the area!

The property looked nothing like the photos and very unsafe appeal

No towels, never once did they clean our room. The clerk was very nasty when asking for the voucher for breakfast. This hotel is disgusting. The rugs are filthy. You ask the housekeeper a question she avt like she had an attitude. They cut the large towels into small wash clothes. I will never ever stay there again!

Nothing periodt

The room was very clean, and since it was a smoking room, when you walked in, it didn't have that smoke smell. I stayed here a couple of months ago, and I enjoyed my stay then. They are doing some renovations, and it's coming along very well.

The flooring in room 252 needs some repairs , and water was coming up underneath the floor. I dont know if it's the toilet or shower, the reason why water was on the floor

The property is very clean and inviting, fast check in service and the rooms are so clean. The beds are amazing. Best night of sleep.

The restaurant located in the hotel was super convenient and breakfast was actually pretty good! The hotel is obviously being updated as you can tell from the outside so i wasn’t expecting much but when we entered our room i was surprised at how nice the inside was! Beautiful hardwood floors super nice bed nice furniture! We will definitely stay here again! The pool wasn’t open but with work being done at the property I wouldn’t expect it! Can’t beat it for the price though! We will be back for sure!

I wish the floors would’ve been swept a little better being as they were hardwood and stuff kept sticking to my feet but maybe I’m just anal lol.

The location was good

The room smelled like smoke. Housekeeping didn’t clean or restock room the whole time we was there.

The bed was comfortable and the water was hot.

It was being worked on but the rooms we rented looked like they were old rooms they hadn't renovated yet. They just cleaned what they could I suppose. And there were roaches. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The lampshade was crushed. The sink looked stained. The table in the room had a glass top that looked clean but just gross in the in-between area where the actual table top was. In all fairness it was the cheapest hotel in the area but as soon as you get there, you see why.
