My sheets appeared clean

It needs a good cleaning and paint touch ups. They Aren't even trying to keep the place up.

There was no indoor pool which was the advertised feature that made me choose this hotel. The elevator didn't work. The hallway smelled like pot. The lock on my door didn't work properly. I did not feel safe at this hotel.

Unfortunately it was double homicide that took place while we were there last night of our stay very nerve wrecking. We packed up right away and left. My daughter had to book another hotel our first night there because it was ants in her room.

Nothing it needs to be shut down

I had to leave the hotel cause it was absolutely disgusting ants all over the floor had to throw my bag away ants crawling all over my stuff and to top it off after I left 2 people were shot on the side of the building early Sunday morning.

Free parking

Room was hot. Bugs crawling on the floor and ceiling. Shower moldy. Dirty towels with blood on them. Bed was uncomfortable. Would not recommend just pay the higher prices for the holiday inn express.

I saw a lot of people coming and going including children but I had a very quiet peaceful time in the room I occupied on the first floor.

I did not like the smell of the hallway. The carpet smelled like it really need to be cleaned or removed.

The bed was comfortable.

One of the reasons that we book this hotel was affected they had a pool. The pool was not in operational condition and yet they refuse to credit back any of my money.

Adminities were nice and breakfast was good

Loud, smelled funny, kinda outdated, AC was old and smelled moldy

Location was ideal for what I needed to do the next day !

It was extremely dirty and the light was out on my hallway I asked did security exist in the building and was told no! This is not the place for a single woman who is traveling to stay ! There were random people walking around I just did not feel safe

The room was comfortable and I understand they are doing some remodeling.

The only thing was someone was smoking weed cause we smell it all night so I didn't say anything because I didn't say anything and it sounded like someone was fighting so we pray that no one would start shooting and it was off and on

This hotel upon entering looked and smelled as though it has rained in it. The room was awful. Looked like you wouldn't like to even pull your shoes off. Did not like anything about it.

Yes. We requested a refund and left.

Great location

Dark and dingy. There was a half empty coke in the refrigerator. The shower was dirty, the curtains were ragged..

The staff at this location was great!

HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY. THE DED WAS UNSTABLE. THE DESK IN THE ROOM WAS DIRTY. I TOOK A LYSOL WIPE TO WIPE DOWN THE DESK AND THERE WAS SOME MUCH DIRT. THE CARPET ON THE 3RD FLOOR WAS GROSS WITH STAINS ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE.

Did not like the Owner (Family Member), front desk clerk (ignorant), sneaky housekeeper (tried to enter my room unannounced without knocking), nasty ice area (black mold in the ice & at the bottom of the machine in the tray) and was OVERCHARGED!

The bathroom door was off track. Did have a place to charge your phone. Had to buy a charger to plug in a regular socket.

The lady that checked us in was the best.

Parts was missing from coffee maker, iron missing I have to borrow one from my sister's room. There was no breakfast as said. My sink stopper wasn't working right. We had 3 rooms and something was wrong in each one. One room the shower knob was broke.
