    Pros +

    • This hotel is very beautiful, clean, and convenient to restaurants and shopping. It has wonderful amenities and lovely rooms.
    • Location was good staff was very helpful, with direction and restaurant.
    • Cute little downtown area. But on weekends everything closes very early.

    Cons -

    • It was filthy. It’s old and needs to be renovated. Mold in the iron, dirt on the walls. Water would stay in the shower while bathing. This shouldn’t have the “Hyatt” name behind it. Especially for the price they are charging. It should be a motel.
    • The hotel overall was great. My only gripe is the blankets were tucked extremely tight. Aside from that, bed and pillows were comfortable.
    • The breakfast was cold no place to warm up your food. The pots the food was in wasn¿t something I wouldn¿t have food into for a big hotel breakfast. Not a good look.

Cute little downtown area. But on weekends everything closes very early.

There was a very dirty coffee cup (glass) in the coffee area. There was one microwave for the ENTIRE FLOOR. And that was the case for each floor. Night staff not helpful at all.

    Comfortable furniture

Free breakfast hot food was not ver good.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-14-2023

Lobby area was pleasant and nice with several seating areas and options. Bed was comfortable. Some staff were very kind and pleasant.

A/C made loud bizarre noise all night. Sofa in room smells horribly of dirty laundry. Microwave across from elevator not in rooms.Sunday is a dead zone downtown, zero food options, had to drive several miles to eat. Morning street noise was awful.

This is the worst Hyatt place I have ever stayed at. Hyatt place was my favorite hotel for traveling prior to this experience. I will not be staying at another one for a LONG time if at all.

The room was dirty and dilapidated. The staff was friendly but insanely slow. The breakfast was absolutely awful and the service at breakfast just pitiful. Overall terrible experience and worth the price of maybe $--- maximum.

Staff was very helpful and polite in assigning a room and making us comfortable.

There was a hum of air conditioning units from other suites which made a fair noise throughout the night. Also the free breakfast leaves a little to be desired unless you really love sugar: sweet yogurt, sweet breakfast cereals, sweet oatmeal

    clean

the location is terrible, a dead town. very weird, it is a dilapidated town, except for the intersection where the hotel is that is renovated only in one block - very nicely done but the rest is like the twilight zone, one block over all dilapidated.

    Location

breakfast disappointing, one bar soap for a 3 day stay, did not empty trash during the 3 day stay, no clean towels during the 3 day stay

The location for us was perfect for visiting all of my family and restaurants. This hotel has all the amenities that you want and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable.

    All was good!!!

    cleanliness

This is my second time staying at this hotel and both times they gave me a handicap room when I paid for a different room

This hotel is a hidden gem just 14 miles off 95. The room suites are well designed and very clean. The staff is fabulous. Friendly and efficient At every turn. Across the street is Hampton’s which is a excellent restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very clean room.

The pet deposit is very expensive, almost as much as the room rate.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-15-2019

it was clean and new looking.

there was no microwave in the room, the only one was down in lobby.this is been to cheap. Was told we had to buy breakfast when we check in, then when we check out they said we are members it free, bad service. Friday night loud music, club near hotel, bad

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-24-2019

Wonderful employees, clean hotel, great breakfast.

The only issue I experienced was on the day I checked out. For about 10-15 minutes, their fire alarm went off continually in the entire hotel. I was supposed to check out at noon, but I ended up leaving earlier due to the fire alarms.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-17-2019

    The location and the suite.

We booked online through lifeline and paid for a high floor extra. When we checked in the staff denied giving us a high floor saying they are not available any more.

The room was very nice a clean. The hotel overall was very nice.

Parking was not the best but it was not nothing to complain about.
