- Manager was apologetic for the room abd tried to assist us.
- The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I met 3 ladies at the front desk and even the housekeeping supervisor was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a situation that happened to my room before I checked in and it was taken care of immediately.
- The front desk staff was very personable and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants in the area especially Page Okra and Codfather and the best lemon sorbet in the area. I would definitely stay again.
Cons -
- Bed was horrible. Lumpy..bugs in rioom.
- The lady who was working in the kitchen wasn't very friendly. But the food was great.
- Staff was rude. Breakfast ran out bc random people from other hotels came and ate there for free. Had zero maid service the whole 6 nights we stayed.
