- Pipes bursting did hamper my ability to shower and get to the event I was in town for in a timely manner. No notice was provided to guests that plumbing work was required on Saturday afternoon. This should have been provided.

- I am very used to a Courtyard by Marriott in Weston FL that has more to offer. The FL hotel has a full kitchen and cafe where you can order hot cooked food . The Summerville location does not have that. They also did not have an actual dedicated employee working the Starbucks counter. The front desk staff has to run back and forth.

The hotel was nice and the room was quiet and comfortable. The property is nicely located right by a busy shopping area but separated enough.
