- Room floor filthy In bad condition
- Breakfast was poor. The room was non-smoking, but everything we returned home with still smelled like old smoke from the room. The floors looked clean, but when wiped with a wet cloth, they were dirty. They seem to be trying but are struggling.
- The bed squeaked when moving on it and the breakfast was lacking- no milk jug for use with cereal until I asked at the front desk and she went and got it (at 7:15 am) and no fruit cups to put on my waffle like I had last time there in August. Poor.
