Hampton Inn Greenville/Simpsonville

The customer service was good !!

The garbage was not taking out ! The tub and the sinks were not cleaned !! I thought was part of housekeeping ! We couldn?t watch tv on the regular station ! So we had to put it on Netflix and the sink had low water pressure and barely came out !

The only issues we had were 1 of the ac units weren't working and the light above the kitchen sink didn't work. We brought it to the attention of the front desk the first day and it was never fixed the whole 4 days we were there. Other than that, perfect!

No rubbish hotel employee from room Breakfast was dissapiinting .Not enough oastdy or savoury selction like before

Not our first stay here, but had been couple of years. Staff was very helpful, friendly, knew their jobs. Breakfast always wonderful, servers do excellent job, as do the front desk and housekeeping staffers.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great with a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean from public restrooms to room.

It was simply a comfortable place to stay. Clean, well maintained and friendly.

I paid extra money for a room with a whirlpool and the room that we were given did not have a whirlpool, so that was disappointing.

Easy check-in, clean room, and the free hot breakfast in the morning. I lost my wallet as I was going to the airport and one of the hotel clerks found it and held onto it for me :D.
