Polite during check in process but rude on the phone earlier in the day; good room location on quiet side of hotel.

They take $50 deposit for damages "to be returned upon check out". They process this as an actual charge and refund on my account, rather than a pending transaction that falls off like most hotels. They have a $20 early check in fee on a $--- room. Absurd.

Many bugs. Limited towels. Plug in tub didn't work. TV wouldn't work- was unplugged.

Good price and clean. Very basic. Not sure if there was breakfast.

Did not have facial tissue or hand and wash cloths.

Didn¿t clean room the first night second night just changed towels The breakfast was coffee and waffles no variety at all ended up going out for breakfast

The rooms were disgusting, old, musty, very low water pressure, the bathroom tub was from the 1980s, ugly, dirty and a law suit waiting to happen because it's extremely slippery, and the toilet seat was broken. Don't stay here.

The smoke free rooms smelled like smoke, things were broken in the room, the rooms were also dirty

Yes, hotel was not clean. Sheets had cigarette Burns. Hair was trapped in the sheets. No towels were provided. Shower had mold. Overall, really disgusting. I could not sleep in that room. I will not be going there again. And I would like a refund.

This place was a dump. Avoid this place

Met by inattentive surly staff. Room was shabby-holes in bedspread, toilet seat wouldn¿t stay up. Pool and fitness room were locked. The staffs families were using the pool. Laundry staff were stoned. The breakfast was a joke¿ no milk the first day.

The rooms were not cleaned. Double booked. Terrible staff attitude. Too expensive for the terrible building. Holes in the wall. Drug community everywhere and welcome by staff. Grounds were disgusting.

I was on the road and my family was really tired. We decided to get a room. The reception was empty and locked. I had to wait 30 min to get someone to help me.

The only reason I stayed there was because I was trying to save a few dollars that was a big mistake on my part because I had to deal with an incompetent as well as ignorant staff. They were rude they would come into my room more than once without knockin

Even the non smoking rooms had a stench a mildew odor in it. They were crackheads and junkies lurking in the shadows of the many corners that appeared to me to be a labyrinth. I was accused of squatting and not paying more than once with no apologies.

The staff is unprofessional rude they came into my room two times or more without knocking when I didn't have any clothes on. They didn't apologize for just barging into my room like that and then they overcharged my account for an entire day.

I do not like anything about this hotel. I got a small cup of apple juice and a nutri-grain bar for breakfast the room smell like mildew and they are crackheads and junkies lurking in the shadows everywhere. The staff themselves are unprofessional.

It had a lot of noisy bribers slamming doors and talking loud about 5 am in the morning

The room smelled like smoke. The toilet overflowed on the first use, and they cleaned it with a dry mop. The hot breakfast was only waffles you make, but they had no plates. The we¿re out of cereal, drinks, and everything else. The people were very short.

Smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. Smelled like urine was saturated into the carpet. The towels had dark brown stains on them. The TV was at least 12 years old.

Check in was easy

Got up and went to breakfast at 0830 only to find out they didn't have any plates for the waffles, and all of the other foods were empty. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 0900. That is false advertising, please send $12 refund for breakfast
