We have a penalty of $400 for cooking and a $250 fine for smoking in the rooms. However, we have some designated smoking areas near the lobby for our guests' convenience. We require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in for incidentals or property damage. In case of property damage, smoking in the rooms, cooking, undeclared pets; the deposit will be forfeited.

Pros +
- Good location, close to interstate. While the hotel is older, the rooms were clearly recently renovated & the beds are extremely comfortable. GREAT value for the money.
- The sheets were clean
- Clean room and staff
Cons -
- No coffee. Breakfast was packaged blueberry muffins. Room was very dirty and damaged.
- The breakfast is lacking, but is relatively comparable to other similar hotels.
- Loud highway traffic all night. Floor was disgusting with dirt and had not been cleaned. No rugs. Cheap and miserable experience.
