The reservation was not handled properly, which required me to pay for an additional room after showing my paid-in-full receipt. The room was poorly furnished, and the shower had black mold. We were not able to shower. The furniture was stained.

The pool is closed by department health and safety

Unclean rooms and sheets they copied my card charged me twice

Extremely dirty - bathroom had someone's black hair, trash was left from previous guests, etc., no breakfast provided (stated free breakfast on the listing), next door guests had a fight very loud and the front desk ignored it. Worst stay in my life.

Easily found off of the Interstate.

AYO was in the Name of the Hotel, but that information was not identified anywhere.

Room was clean and price was right.

no coffee maker in the room. I asked the staff if there was coffee available in the common lounge in the morning he said not until 9:00. That is ridiculous.We needed to be on the road by 7:00. I was told to go to the Waffle House. False advertising!!!

Nothing. No good qualities at all.

Filthy. Dirty bedding sticky floor towels that were falling apart.

The front desk man was very nice. We got on at 3am.

Desk clerk escorted us to the room. I don't know if that was good or bad, because a possible security to ourselves. It didn't feel safe. The room was worse I have ever stayed in.

Nothing. We only stayed two hours before being so disgusted we left.

Everything. There was a dead cockroach behind the bathroon door, multiple things broken in the room (including one of the locks so we didnt feel safe), sheets were stained and not from us. Completely filthy room.

The staff was friendly and tried to resolve issues.

It was run down and not the best looking rooms.

I dont usually take the time to write a comment but I needed to this time. The room was very nasty. The carpet the box spring,the bathroom. The popcorn spray was just falling down in the bathroom. I wouldnt even walk on the carpet without socks. Terrible

The ladies on staff were amazing! From check in to the exceptional cleaning service. We enjoyed our stay. We did end up leaving early due to the incoming cold weather. But that was also no hassle and even got asked about the wedding we attended. Super sweet if needed again would 100% stay!!!

The room was neat and clean

The room I booked and reserved was or a single King bed on the lower level ground. . What I got was an up stairs room with two double beds. AND the basics TV set up did not work. I had to get the desk clerk to come to the room and fix the TV set so I could watch it.

It was convenient

It was dirty. The room had stuff on the walls, the fridge was dirty, and there were holes in the walls that had been patched but not painted over. There were stains on the headboard. The stand had sugar packets and soap under the legs to level it.

Lost reservation, wanted to raise price.Stayed elsewhere.

Dated, dirty toilet, sticky floor, dirty floor, no hot water at the sink. Get what ya pay for, I guess.

Very close to the interstate and the SC Railroad Museum

No sound barriers at all. Heard traffic and people talking all night. There was only one outlet in the bathroom for charging phones.
