- Staff was friendly
- customer service. non tech person came to room to check out tv issues that were actually me - not the TV
- Was clean, quiet check-in quick and professional. Hotel employee is great taking care. Everyone had what they wanted. Also cleaning if needed .
Cons -
- The rooms were old and not clean. The ceiling had water damage spots that bordered looking like mold. Despite being a non smoking hotel, the hallway we were in smelled like marijuana.
- should have cooked more turkey sausage in beginning. A whole pile of pork sausage was cooked to replenish a not empty pan and we had to ask for the turkey sausage - which took literally iuntilclosing to be served.
