It was clean and they accommodated my request
There’s no one working the front desk after closing time for room attendant needs. I went down for water at 9:30pm and nobody was there to help. In Savannah someone is always visible to be able to assist guest. The lobby doors open 24hrs with no one to monitor the area you never know what anyone intentions are after a certain time you should have a key to enter while waiting for elevators for safety reasons
