- The bed is very comfortable and the staff was nice. I will love to stay again.
- The location.
- The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms and showers are great. Overall, the rooms are excellent. The one thing that would just make it perfect would be microwaves in the rooms. I know you have one downstairs in the lobby area, but having one on the room would be a fantastic addition. The breakfast really is superb, as is the staff in the restaurant. In fact the staff across the hotel - front desk, shuttle drivers, maintenance, housekeeping - all of you are so welcoming, thoughtful and helpful.
Cons -
- There was dirty rags crusted on top of the curtain in the room. Must have been missed by the cleaners.
- I didn't like that we couldn't go to the rooftop bar. Because that's what we were looking forward to for his birthday.
- Hair shavings all on the floor in the bathroom On the bathroom floor towel, on sink just disgusting.
