- Cockroaches in the room.

- Bed Bugs, broken bed frame, phone didn't work, it "snowed" popcorn ceiling on us because it was so oldand neglected. It just needs to be scraped off. Was told by front desk multiple times we would receive a full refund and the resolrt but no refund yet
