Clean, balcony facing ocean, and access to beach

Bathroom could be more cleaner, along with bed sheets.

It was the ONLY room available after we drove 4 and a half hours to get to the beach with a two year old and a party of 5 so we had no other choice but to stay there.

The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos displayed online. There is no office you have to check in at the Days Inn. Feet sticking to the floor. Dirt swept under the beds, filthy sheets. Wi-Fi does not work. Can't even see the beach. Do not book!

Location was great, oceanfront.

Our room was very dirty. Linens were fresh, but everything else was filthy. There was a noisy de-humidifier that I had to empty several times each day. Pool furniture was all broken and stacked off to the side. Broken showerhead falling thru ceiling.

The showers water pressure was not good and the water took long to warm up.

The floor weren't clean, there was a roach, and also the water took more then 5 minutes to heat then you only have 5 minutes of hot water

We ended up going here because our room was not ready at Bar Harbor even after the check in time. We were able to go and get in quickly. The room was pretty spacious. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Parking lot was quiet.

There are no elevators. The rooms could use some work but honestly with the price and location it wasn¿t that big of deal to us. We were on the 3rd floor and it took about 10 minutes for the hot water to kick in. Again not that big of a deal for us th

It needs a deep cleaning and even though the room stayed has updated done but the bathroom fan did not work it has No breakfast . It needs an update with new pool . Overall needs new construction

There is a ocean behind the hotel ..NOTHING ELSE Good about this place.

Nowhere close to a 2 star hotel. No frontdesk (share Days inn front desk). No housekeeping , no towels , no elevator. None this informed.Very small , scary damped place and dirty litter everywhere and greasy floors/stairs. Zero star and full disappointmen

Nothing Hotel has roaches trash beside room door look like blood was stuck to floor. Loud nasty one hotel charging for another hotel bed broken

It needs updating and there were roaches in the room!!!! The bed were on old rotten foundations. The sad part is I could not get a refund and go to another location.

there was roaches, the hotel refused to refund me or even offer a discount in regards to gettting there and our door wasn't even properly functioning, we had to switch rooms twice just to be right back in the same room.

There wasn¿t anything I liked about the hotel. NOTHING WAS UP TO STANDARDS. The maid used a shopping cart w/supplies to clean up the rooms. Our room¿s bathroom was filthy, a public restroom was cleaner! Everything was sticky! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!!

Checked in next door in a run down Days Inn. Room was on the 3rd FL, no elevator. Room smelled like paint fumes it was horrible. The door lock was not safe we pushed table and couch to block door. Not beach view. Wonder how they passed inspection!

It was right on the beach...room was very spacious...got the best night's sleep on the super comfy mattresses

Room was truly dirty. The floor was sticky, the shower still had dirt/sand it, cobwebs in the corners. It looked like someone who didn¿t know what they were doing had remodeled the room: it needed paint, trim was missing, bathroom fixtures were faulty.

I checked in and went to our room and we stayed for about 5 mins and left and went to another hotel.

This was the most disgusting hotel I¿ve ever seen. There was no hot water. I was so grossed out by the dirty room we didn¿t stay. The lady at the front desk at days end hotel next door is who checked us in. She would not refund my money

Great location and parking

The bathroom needs work. The sink blasts water everywhere. The shower had to run for 20 minutes to get warm. It never got hot. Huge hole around the shower head. There was used paper towels and tags from clothes in the nightstand drawer.

Pool closed down so, I left early and refused to give me a refund.

Had to call several times and pretty much had to fight for towels. I didn't even see a wash cloth untill the day b4 check out and we stayed 6 days. Pool towels were just as hard to find as they were out a lot of the time.
