The location of hotel we are near everything

Ran out of towels toilet paper...light fixture in bathroom falling off the wall...bathroom door screws coming out of strike plate...light fixtures between beds nasty dirty...

Right on the beach, easy to find the room, super close to everything you want to do.

It was close to a bunch of things and had easy access to the beach! There were a bunch of food establishments nearby and fun activities to do alongside places to walk around. The environment wasn’t too crowded but it didn’t feel like a ghost town either which was great!

The property was great, it took a minute to figure out how to get to the parking garage and which floor/hallway to take but that also made it fun as it was an adventure! Some of the staff like the ones at the front weren’t very friendly but that didn’t bother us one bit since we barely had to interact with them, the cleaning staff were welcoming though. Other than that, everything was great!!

The beds were uncomfortable, the view was terrible , the room took a long time to get cold . Also the room is supposed to be updated but idk how it looked before . The hallways was rank like someone peed . I wasn’t able to go to the water park .

The location was great, beach front and near so many late night food options.

The water facilities weren’t very clean, and lots of damages in our room from previous people.

It was affordable

Just needs a few updates like tub floor and keep the soap dispensers with fresh soap

Really good value for the price. The property got back to us fast with any concerns we had.

Floors were dirty and there was a mysterious stain on the sheets.

Room was just as pictured. The price was extremely fair. I would stay here again.

Kids were disappointed they could not use the water slides.

I was unhappy with my stay at this hotel.

The view was an inside view. The hallway had an oder on the fifth floor that was pungent. The elevator was dirty. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The room was clean when checking in the location was perfect a lot to do over 10 pools.Also the unit is privately owned had a few questions and the front desk was very nice and helpful the owner provided everything we needed above and beyond good service we were provided extra towels; and a lot of great snacks and beverages the owners are really nice, for sure me and my family will be back.

Very all inclusive. Didn’t have to leave the property for much

That everything is cashless. We use cash and found we couldn’t access a lot of the facilities because they only accepted cards.

It had multiple pools and hot tubs inside and outside which was really nice. The room was nice I just wish I would have paid more for the ocean view.

The long walk to our car. It was nice to have parking but where our room was it was a good walk to the car.

Condo was very large hard to make your way around the bill

Absolutely nothing the rooms are very outdated that my daughter was in this room was great her room the carpet smelled like dog

The building should be torn down n rebuilt

No wash cloths, couldn’t get any from staff because private suite. We were left towels and hand towels instead of wash cloths .

Parking garage pools and hot tubs easy access to beach

Waiting on elevators if you stayed in certain rooms you were not allowed Starbucks or my kid could not do the water slides. I technically thought I was getting a room at Landmark so no one else should be excluded from certain activities. We were even willing to pay for our son to go down the slides. And why wouldn’t you let paying customers buy some coffee?

Didn't like having to clean on room and go get own towels your on vacation that was the purpose of getting away
