- I didn’t even check into the hotel because we could find the front desk. The front desk did not even open the door for us to check in at 9:30 PM.

- We stayed up till after midnight look before the front desk all four different locations
- Showed up after a 7 hour trip and no one was even in the office to give me my room then had to drive around for 2 hours looking for another hotel and still no refund absolute bull

Cleanliness
1. Front Desk Phone out of order. 2. Was told I’d have to pay an additional fee. 3. Elevator was out/3rd floor/Handicap 4. No wifi Service 5. Had to use front desk cell # for communication 6. No remote, once I got it tv never worked 7. No flush toilet
