Bluegreen Vacations Harbour Lights, an Ascend Collection Resort

Thought it was a regular hotel. Pleasantly surprised by the More apartment style. And it was right by Medieval Times, which is why we were there.

Wish I could have requested a first floor room since there was no elevator and am currently in a boot for a foot surgery

Hotel was $--. Needed a credit card for a $100 hold. My employee didn't have one so he offered cash. They didn't let him use cash so he didn't get in the hotel and the staff member was very unfriendly

We stayed st a Bluegreen Resort in FL for our honeymoon, so we knew that we would be getting a quality resort. We loved every minute of it. Our room , while small, was amazingly clean and comfy! Perfect for two people!

While the room was a little small and the resort is in a place that isnt exactly known as a “Beautiful Area”. It was the perfect size for two people. And the actual resort was beautiful. Just over look “Waccamaw Pottery” and the failed amusement p

While the hotel location is less then ideal(directions would be drive past all the foreclosed and condemned buildings and then you'll find it) I didn't worry about tgingd being stolen out of vehicles.

Rude employee, hair in shower, dingy room, broken bed frame, broken storage unit, brown pudding? on bed skirt. Phone only useable on speaker. Could hear EVERY SINGLE TIME upstairs guests rolled over....their 1 am exercise routine was a real treat. Gross.

Hotel was off the beaten path - not hard to get to but nowhere to eat. No ammenities whatsoever. Room was tiny. I would rate this as a 2.5 at best. To other travelers, there is a lot better places to stay and at this time of year you can do better

They checked us into the tiniest room with only two beds. No table, no sofa and had to share the main entrance door with other guest, who were slamming doors and screaming at middle of night. Dirty bathroom, with mold. Room wasn't cleaned properly cleaned

The staff were very nice.

Chicken bones on the steps to my room on the day of my arrival, still there two days later when I departed. No desk, chair, or toilet paper in my room. Security lock engaged when I left the room, prompting a call to maintenance staff to let me in.

Pools were nice, food at the eateries was good.

The resort staff were not all courteous. I was charged almost $500 extra for my room bcuz of their mistake & it took 4 days to get refunded. Managers were never available. They charge extra for everything and its not close to the beach at all! Never again

Room was very clean and service very attentive. My daughter loved the pool. Great spot if you are in for an extended stay, but I recommend that you spring for a larger suite.

Very frustrating that the room wasn't available until 4pm and checkout at 10. The walls were paper thin- I felt like we were in the same room as our neighbors. The room we were assigned was smaller than a normal hotel room.

The resort was very nice and clean..the staff was very nice. Only think i had a problem was the check is so early and the check in so late.. travel a 4hr drive and then having to wait..didn't like that. And no complimentary breakfast for the price we paid

The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioner went out in our room and after my husband went to the front office to inform the staff, the tech got to our room before my husband did. Their response time was excellent and professional!

The room was excellent.

The lazy river was very small and not like some of their other resorts' pools.

Rita & Raymond were super friendly and extremely helpful in fixing an issue with my reservation!

The couch was less than comfortable but everything else was excellent!

Brittsny and Rita were so helpful at the front desk. Brittany helped us with our reservation before we arrived and made it a stress free trip.

Everything was great.

Loved the lazy river and pools

Had to basically clean up our room before leaving. Not sure of the maid situation.

I loved the infinity pool and spa had amazing jets! The views were wonderful and access to downtown was convenient.

The pull out couch was broken along with a whole in the netting to keep out the mosquitoes on the balcony.
