I like the location because there are stores and shopping centers close by.

I didn't like customer service. Ask for an iron. There's no iron. The pool time was very limited for the season. Never checked to see if stay was going well or if we needed anything. So sad.

Bathroom shower doors seemed to be on backwards - allowed water to leak onto the floor. Need better/more usb connections, need a closet space to hang clothes, carpets make rolling chair difficult to roll- potentially dangerous, hallway floors need refurbish, new shades are nice -

This location is down the street from Coastal Carolina. We had to book a room at the last minute (college move in weekend) due to a change in plans. I was a little worried about how the hotel would be since they had an available room. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. We had no complaints for the room! There was some road noise up until about 10pm but we were able to get a great night of rest. There is a pool but it was closed for the rest of the night due to chemical imbalances.

The breakfast was okay. There were not many protein options. There were only two flavors of yogurt- peach and raspberry. I personally don’t like either of those flavors. There was an “egg” and sausage that you could put on a biscuit. The addition of a toaster for bagels or toast would be nice. I was able to heat some oatmeal up and have a mini blueberry muffin. My husband had the pancakes from their little pancake making machine. It would also be nice to have some flavored coffee creamer. We didn’t go hungry, but other options would have been nice.

There was a weird smell, the pool wasn't open which would have been nice to know prior to our arrival, the floor in the room had a constant damn feeling and interesting smell. Breakfast was barely ok, no toaster for the bagels or bread.

Room had coach roaches. Air conditioner wall outlet was pulled out of wall. The bathroom sink was partially clogged with water bottle caps. The sink vanity light had 3 bulbs and only 1 worked. Toilet paper holder was broken. The fixture for the clothes iron was pulled out of wall.

Room was clean.

The front desk clerk was slow to acknowledge that someone was there. The pool closed at 7 pm. It would have been nice if it stayed open until at least 8 or 9 pm.

The location was good. The price was fair. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice.

The bathroom outlet didn't work, so the coffee maker and hair drier didn't work. The TV remote control didn't work. The bathroom outlet was fixed on the second day of our stay. The TV remote was not. But most annoying was the fact that the Sleep Inn charged us an extra $250 on our credit card without telling us. When I was notified by "Discover", I went back to the front desk, but couldn't get an explanation for the charge. It was not listed on our receipt when we checked out. I have been trying unsuccessfully to find out about that charge. Very annoying. It put a sour note over our little vacation, which otherwise was good.

Location is good and NOTHING else, Never ever again, horrible experience

Horrible, it was booked for 6 nights, charged my credit card very 1st day on checking, after asking to clean up the room they did partualy on day 3, and leave wet floor and dirty towels in the bathroom, don't book this "hotel", stay away
